As we step into 2026, The National Sixties Scoop Healing Foundation of Canada (NSSHFC) is thrilled to reconnect with our community and continue to amplify the voices of Survivors across Canada! Our commitment to healing, education and awareness remains stronger than ever, and we’re excited to share the incredible progress and initiatives made possible from the granting program.

This year, we are proud to showcase the transformative impact of our grant programs from previous years. These grants have empowered communities, supported Survivor-led initiatives and brought to life meaningful projects that honor the resilience and strength of those affected by the Sixties Scoop.

Celebrating our grant years 
From cultural revitalization projects to trauma-informed healing workshops, each year has played a vital role in fostering connection and empowerment.  Over the coming weeks we’ll highlight: 

Grant recipients– spotlighting innovative programs that strengthened Survivor communities and their stories  

Grant outcome –Showcasing impactful projects and how they’ve contributed to healing and reconciliation.  

These stories will reflect the incredible work being done across the country and the lasting change driven by Survivors and allies.
